The Council will select one of three downtown revitalization plans that aim to improve mobility and infrastructure in downtown Chico when it convenes at 6 p.m. in the Council Chamber at 421 Main St.
The Council will also consider approving a $651,376 grant match from Opioid Settlement Funds for the Jesus Center Substance Use Disorder project, and discuss public power proposals and commercial cannabis regulations.
