District 3 Supervisor Tami Ritter said the Warren Settlement Agreement has been “terrible for Chico,” and homelessness is increasing because “people are getting desperate,” when she met with ChicoSol to talk about her work on the Butte County Board of Supervisors. Ritter is running unopposed to keep her seat.
The lawsuit that produced the Warren Settlement Agreement “very much created an us-versus-them scenario,” Ritter says.
Ritter also talks about flood protection in the aftermath of fires in the interview, and notes that there will be an “entire meeting” about flooding on April 28.
