Hi my name is Melanie Schreckengost i am a single mother in chico california. I moved gere from redding ca 4 years ago. I wanted to give you some feesvack about the protest your group had on july 4th.my kids and i saw you when were headed to the parade so i had to answer some qyestions for my kids about what ythe group was doing there on the fourth of july. I am not a very political or liberal person, but i do believ in celebrating what freedoms we do have and what good there is in this world especially wince my kids are growing up here. And seeing you ladies on the fourth there felt like raining on chicos parade. We all have strong feelings about trump, but sometimes i feel it is more appropriate to step back and be grateful for our righrs and freedoms. Because without the freedoms we currently have you ladies wouldnt be on the cormer there at all. There is no need for nwgativity on a day thats meant to instill joy a d celebration and hope in our children. So if you see me drive by in my minivan know that i domt honk because i bepieve in hope amd gratitude. Thanks for reading.
