The alleged Chico library shooter, Bradley Sayer, appeared in Butte County Superior Court in Oroville for his preliminary hearing today to waive the hearing. The case was pushed to 8:30 a.m. Nov. 12.
Sayer’s attorney, Roberto Marquez, told the press after the hearing, “We’re not going to gain anything” by publicly laying out the prosecution’s evidence.
District Attorney Mike Ramsey said recently that Sayer had indicated he was going to harm himself, and is now on heightened suicide watch.
