Lee Dost of Chico honors the memory of Chad Terrio, 22, of Bangor. Dost noted that Terrio was struggling with mental illness when he was killed by sheriff’s deputies in 2006. “We have to have other kinds of interventions” for people in mental crisis, Dost stated.
