The Chico City Council will consider a proposal to expand downtown free parking at its meeting at 6 p.m. June 2. The proposal comes from the Property-Based Improvement District (PBID) that represents downtown property owners.
The Council will also likely approve a municipal election on Nov. 3 for the three City Council seats representing districts 2, 4 and 6.
The Council meets at 421 Main St.
