Cenergy Power, the Orange County-based company intending to build an approximately 1,200-acre solar farm off Skyway, will hold a public meeting from 6-7:30 p.m. Sept. 22 at Lakeside Pavilion in Chico.
Cenergy plans to submit its application to the California Energy Commission at the end of the month, circumventing the county permitting process.
