The Chico City Council will consider direction after hearing a presentation on the status of the Vina Groundwater Sustainability Plan periodic evaluation at its Oct. 6 meeting.
The September 2026 Draft Periodic Evaluation and Draft Amended GSP are open for public review through Oct. 26 and may be submitted through the Vina GSA’s online comment form or by email to VI*******************@*****CA.GOV.
