A special City Council meeting will be held at 6 p.m. Sept. 21 to review the use of automated license plate readers with the Chico Police Department. Chico PD will discuss its recent audit that was curtailed when data was lost from the local server.
On Sept. 22, Cenergy Power, the Orange County-based company that intends to build a solar farm off Skyway, will hold a public meeting from 6-7:30 p.m. at Lakeside Pavilion in Chico.
